John Lennon covers
Av along with Billy Talent, The Waking Eyes and others are doing covers of John Lennon songs in order to raise money for the charity organisation Amnesty International. |

RSS and site updates
I've made some updates that change some things including the RSS feed which now has the first paragraph of a story and a link if there is more rather than the first x amount of characters.
There is also an RSS feed for the video news updates which has Media RSS so if you have a news reader that supports mRSS, take advantage of that. |

The Flock
Av is planning to appear in a movie named The Flock which will star Richard Gere and Claire Danes. She will be spending this week in New Mexico according to MTV to shoot the scenes she is in. |
More Lennon cover information
Black Eyed Peas, Sum 41, the Deftones and Duran Duran will also be involved in the Lennon covers I mentioned two days ago which are to raise money for Amnesty International.
The songs will be released as downloads through amnesty.org according to Rolling Stone. |
